Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package for a full refund or replacement.

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive perfectly timed for holidays, birthdays, or special events.

Do you ship your products nationwide?

We currently ship our non-perishable goods and select pastries nationwide. However, certain cream-filled items and delicate cakes are only available for local delivery within a 50-mile radius of our primary bakery location.

How should I store my Tre Mari Bakery products once they arrive?

Each order includes a care card with specific storage instructions. Generally, our breads are best kept in a cool, dry place, while our cannoli and cream-based pastries should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
