This cake is 3" high and is available in 1/2 slab, 3/4 slab, and full slab sizes. It features a smooth whipped cream mask with a sponge and/or sfoglia base (depending on the flavour), and 2–3 layers of flavoured custard cream. Please refer to the product image gallery for flavour-specific details.

- The flavours "Italian Rum", "All Chocolate", "Diplomatico", and "Traditional Sfoglia" will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.
- The flavours "Hazelnut", "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free.
- The flavour "Lemon Custard" contains alcohol syrup, and CANNOT be made alcohol-free. All other flavours are always nut-free and alcohol-free.
