A Tre Mari favourite, our Traditional Sfoglia Cake is handcrafted with flaky layers of sfoglia pastry, soft sponge cake, and silky vanilla custard cream. Finished with a smooth whipped cream mask, this classic Italian cake is light, creamy, and full of the delicate textures that have made it a customer favourite for generations.

This cake is 3" high and available in a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It features layers of sfoglia pastry and 3 layers of vanilla custard cream.

Size Guide:
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"


Please Note:

  • For the best flavour, texture, and presentation, we recommend enjoying our sfoglia cakes on the day of pickup or delivery. After approximately 12 hours, the delicate layers of sfoglia may naturally soften or crack, which can affect the cake's texture and appearance. While the cake remains perfectly safe to enjoy, it is best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.

  • The flavour "Traditional Sfoglia" will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.
